Tuesday, April 22, Brook be doing an “Earthday program” for the Tamarac Elementary School, 7601 N. University Drive Tamarac, FL 33321. He’ll be doing collages with them using trash and nature that they find outside, and then feed them a vegan snack, homemade cookies and almond milk. While they eat them he will explain about dairy to them in kids terms.
